Job Title: Tour Sales Executive - International

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tour Sales Executive - International to handle international holiday packages. The candidate will be responsible for converting inquiries into confirmed bookings, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle international tour inquiries (B2C/B2B) via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
Design and sell customized international holiday packages
Provide complete travel information including visa, flights, hotels, sightseeing, and inclusions
Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed bookings
Coordinate with suppliers, DMCs, airlines, and hotels
Prepare quotations, itineraries, and invoices
Maintain CRM and client database
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Ensure high customer satisfaction and post-sales support
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate or equivalent (Travel & Tourism preferred)
Minimum 1-3 years experience in international tour sales
Strong knowledge of international destinations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Office, email handling, and CRM tools
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of visa processes
Experience with international DMCs
Strong upselling and cross-selling skills
