Responsibilities
Communicate with customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable domestic & international travel packages.
Create detailed and personalized itineraries.
Handle bookings for flights, hotels, cab services, sightseeing, and activities.
Prepare quotations and follow up with leads to close bookings.
Coordinate with hotels, vendors, and transport partners for smooth operations.
Maintain high customer satisfaction with timely and professional service.
Stay updated with travel trends, tourism policies, and destination knowledge.
Meet monthly sales and booking targets.
