Job Description

A Domestic Tour Sales Executive on Naukri.com focuses on selling Indian holiday packages, handling customer inquiries, creating customized itineraries, booking flights/hotels, achieving sales targets, and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent communication (English/Hindi) and travel industry knowledge, requiring skills in B2C sales, negotiation, and customer relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales & Lead Management:

Handle incoming leads (PPC calls, etc.), make outbound calls, meet monthly sales targets, and drive revenue growth for domestic tours.

Customer Interaction:

Provide expert advice, answer queries, build client relationships, and offer personalized travel solutions.

Itinerary & Booking:

Plan and sell domestic holiday packages, prepare detailed itineraries, and process flight/hotel bookings efficiently.

Coordination:

Liaise with operations teams for seamless customer experience and resolve complaints.

Upselling:

Promote relevant travel products and services to increase sales.

Key Skills & Qualifications:



Communication:

Strong verbal skills in English and Hindi.

Sales Acumen:

Passion for sales, negotiation, closing deals, B2C sales, and target orientation.

Industry Knowledge:

Familiarity with domestic destinations, tour packages, and travel trends.

Customer Service:

Ability to handle clients professionally and build relationships.

Technical:

Basic computer skills for booking systems and record-keeping.

Experience:

1+ years in travel/tourism sales is often preferred, though some roles accept freshers/interns.
