Job Description

A tour executive, also known as a travel executive or tour operator, organizes, plans, and books all aspects of a client's tour or travel arrangements. This role is a mix of customer service, sales, and logistical coordination, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. Key responsibilities

Itinerary planning:

Creating customized tour packages for clients based on their budget, interests, and needs.

Booking services:

Handling reservations for flights, accommodations, transportation (such as car rentals or train tickets), and activities.

Customer service:

Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, providing information, addressing inquiries, and resolving travel-related issues that may arise before or during a trip.

Vendor negotiation:

Collaborating with hotels, airlines, and other service providers to secure the best rates and services for clients.

Sales and promotion:

Promoting and selling travel packages and special offers to meet sales and revenue targets.

Documentation and records:

Maintaining accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications.

Travel intelligence:

Staying current with travel trends, destination details (customs, weather, currency), and regulations to provide informed recommendations.
Essential skills and qualifications

Communication skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication is essential for interacting with clients, vendors, and partners.

Organizational skills:
