Role Overview
We are seeking a Travel Sales & Operations Executive to manage day-to-day travel sales, bookings, and client coordination. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy designing travel experiences, building client relationships, and achieving measurable results in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Create customized travel itineraries, quotations, and package costings
Manage hotel, flight, transport, and cruise bookings based on client needs
Coordinate with domestic and international vendors / DMCs
Handle calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails with prompt responses
Maintain booking records, invoices, and documentation
Conduct follow-ups, collect feedback, and ensure client satisfaction
Meet sales targets and service standards
Contribute ideas for new packages and process improvements
Candidate Profile
Education: Graduate in Tourism, Commerce, Arts, or related fields Experience: 1-3 years in travel sales, reservations, or operations
Skills Required:
Excellent communication (spoken & written); multilingual preferred
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability
Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to multitasking
Able to work independently and as part of a team
