Job Summary: We
are hiring a
Tour Executive / Travel Operations Executive
to handle travel itineraries, bookings, customer communication, and vendor coordination. Ideal for candidates passionate about travel planning and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Design customized travel itineraries and tour packages
Prepare quotations and package costings
Manage hotel, flight, and transport bookings
Coordinate with domestic & international vendors
Handle client calls, emails, and follow-ups
Maintain booking records, payments, and documentation
Ensure post-tour feedback and service quality
Support B2B & B2C partner relationships
Achieve sales and service targets
Eligibility & Skills:
Graduate (Tourism / Commerce / Arts preferred)
1-3 years experience in travel sales or operations
Strong communication skills (multilingual preferred)
Knowledge of travel bookings and vendor coordination
Customer-focused, organized, and detail-oriented
