Tour executive / consultant
Key Responsibilities:
Handle enquiries for domestic and international tours (calls, emails, walk-ins).
Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and travel packages as per client requirements.
Coordinate bookings with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other vendors.
Ensure proper documentation for visas, insurance, and travel formalities.
Manage reservations and confirm travel services with accuracy.
Resolve customer issues and provide support before, during, and after the trip.
Maintain client records and prepare reports for management.
Build and maintain good relationships with clients and suppliers.
