We are looking for immediate joinee for the position of
Tour Executive
who has hands on experience FIT , GIT, Packages etc and can handle
Malayalam and Tamil language
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B travel agents and partners.
Promote company's domestic packages (FIT, GIT, MICE, etc.).
Generate new business leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
Handle daily inquiries -- prepare quotations, itineraries, and costings as per agent requirements.
Ensure timely follow-ups on proposals and conversions of leads into bookings.
Coordinate with operations and accounts teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed bookings.
Maintain and update client databases, sales reports, and market feedback.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
In-depth knowledge of domestic/international destinations.
Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.
Good command of MS Office, MS Excel, CRM tools, and email communication.
Customer-centric attitude and attention to detail.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in Tourism / Hospitality / Business Management (preferred).
1-4 years of experience in B2B travel sales or similar role.
Existing network of travel agents or trade contacts will be an added advantage.
Compensation
Competitive salary + incentives based on performance. (18 K to 30K P.M)
