We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused

Tour Coordinator

to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of memorable travel experiences. You will manage day-to-day tour operations, communicate with travelers and suppliers, and ensure every tour runs smoothly from the initial booking to the final departure.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and update detailed tour itineraries and travel schedules. Book and manage accommodations, transportation, activities, and local guides. Serve as the primary point of contact for guests before and during tours. Confirm reservations, prepare travel documents, and ensure all logistics are in place. Monitor tour progress, troubleshoot issues, and adjust plans when needed. Communicate with hotels, drivers, suppliers, and destination partners to maintain seamless operations. Lead pre-tour briefings and support guest check-ins. Track budgets, invoices, supplier payments, and overall tour expenses. Maintain accurate records, reports, and post-tour feedback for continuous improvement. Uphold safety standards and respond effectively to unexpected changes or customer concerns.

Qualifications

Experience in travel coordination, hospitality, tourism, or event planning. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tours simultaneously. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to remain calm and resourceful under pressure. Proficiency in booking platforms, travel software, and office applications. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, or travel when required.
