Position: Travel Consultant / Executive

Location: Mala, Thrissur

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Design and sell domestic & international travel packages (flights, hotels, tours, cruises, visas, etc.)

Communicate with clients to understand their preferences and create tailor-made itineraries

Handle customer queries via phone, email, and Person with professionalism & warmth

Stay updated with latest travel trends, destinations, and offers to provide the best options

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business

Meet monthly sales & service targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

Passion for travel and creating extraordinary customer experiences

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Sales-driven mindset with ability to close deals

Basic knowledge of international/domestic destinations (training will be provided)

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment

Prior experience in travel / hospitality industry preferred but not mandatory
