Job Summary

: We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Tour Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of travel destinations, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to design and sell travel packages that meet the specific needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities: -

Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budget constraints. Research and develop customized itineraries, including accommodations, transportation, activities, and attractions. Provide expert advice on travel destinations, including visa requirements, health precautions, and cultural insights. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destination information, and industry developments. Handle booking processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Resolve client issues and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction. Participate in promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and travel fairs to attract new clients.

Qualifications: -

Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business,

or a related field. Proven experience as a Tour Consultant or in a similar role within the travel industry. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in using travel booking software and Microsoft Office Suite. Passion for travel and in-depth knowledge of various travel destinations. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays as needed

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
