Job Summary: The Pilgrimage Tour Coordinator is responsible for planning and managing on field logistics of pilgrimage tours to religious destinations. The role ensures that pilgrims have a safe, spiritually enriching and well - organised travel experience by coordinating logistics, accommodations, transportation, religious activities and on - ground support.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with Restaurants, hotels, transport providers and religious institutions
Manage itineraries, schedules and religious programs
Coordinate accommodations, meals and transportation for pilgrims
Act as the primary point of contact for pilgrims before, during and after the tour
Handle on- tour logistics, crowd management and time coordination
Address emergencies, health concerns or travel disruption promptly
Maintain accurate expense records, budgets and tour reports
Ensure high standards of customer service and pilgrim satisfaction
Requirements & Qualifications:
Any bachelor's degree
Multilingual
Experience in tour coordination, travel management or pilgrimage operations
Must be really Good at communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of pilgrimage destinations religious practices and rituals
Ability to manage groups with sensitivity and patience
Problem solving skills and ability to handle emergencies calmly
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
Must be a vegetarian
Willingness to work in a devotional and spiritual ecosystem
Strong motivation to grow within the organization
