Key Responsibilities
Handle B2B and B2C Kerala tour inquiries via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp
Understand client requirements and design customized Kerala tour packages
Prepare detailed itineraries, cost sheets, and quotations
Confirm bookings and manage complete tour operations
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of Kerala destinations, hotels, travel routes, and seasons
Expertise in tour package customization and costing
Excellent client communication and negotiation skills
Eligibility
Any Graduate (Tourism / Hospitality preferred)
1-3 years experience in Kerala travel industry
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
