About the Role: We are seeking a Knowledgeable and customer focussed Tour Consultant WhatsApp Administrator to assist clients in planning & booking exceptional spiritual travel experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about understanding customer prospectives, and assist enquires and bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp promptly & professionally
Provide tour package details, pricing and travel guidance
Recommend suitable tour packages, destinations, & itineraries
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings
Coordinate with operations team for confirmations and schedules
Maintain customer records & chat history
Handle post booking support & customer feedback
Requirements & Qualifications:
Excellent Communication Skills in English is must, other languages are add-on.
Strong WhatsApp & social media communication skills
Must be a vegetarian
Willingness to work in a devotional and spiritual ecosystem
Strong motivation to grow within the organization
