Itinerary Design: Develop detailed, customized trip plans including flights, accommodation, transport, and activities.
Booking & Reservations: Secure tickets, lodging, tours, car rentals, and other services.
Destination Expertise: Provide in-depth info on customs, weather, attractions, and local gems.
Information & Documentation: Advise on visas, health requirements, insurance, and provide guides/maps.
Problem Solving: Handle complaints, cancellations, and unexpected issues during travel.
Sales & Promotion: Promote packages, upsell services, and use promotional techniques.
Supplier Relations: Build and maintain relationships with hotels, airlines, and tour operators.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate client and booking records.
Essential Skills & Requirements
Passion for travel and deep knowledge of destinations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Proficiency with booking systems (GDS) and CRM software.
Strong organizational, research, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings.
