We are seeking energetic and motivated Tour Consultant to join our team. This is an entry-level role, ideal for individuals who are passionate about travel and eager to build a career in the tourism industry. On-the-Job training will be provided

Job Responsibility

Make outbound calls on assigned leads and handle client enquiries

Understand customer needs and recommend travel options accordingly

Make travel bookings as per the itinerary and maintain record of payments and receipts

Continuous communication with the client for a seamless experience

Make accurate entries in CRM and prepare reports

Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to company goals

Requirements

A strong interest in travel and tourism

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good organizational skills and attention to detail

Willingness to learn and adapt quickly

Sales background or Customer service experience is a plus

Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Academic qualification in hospitality, tourism is a bonus

Good communication skill in English

Candidate will be assessed based on his / her attitude and aptitude required for the position
