Create customized itineraries and quotations.
Manage fixed departures, including scheduling, coordination, and confirmations.
Book flights, hotels, transport, and activities.
Coordinate with suppliers and ensure accurate, timely arrangements.
Provide end-to-end customer service from inquiry to post-trip follow-up.
Offer visa/travel guidance and handle changes or special requests.
Maintain booking records, process invoices, and prepare basic sales reports.
Stay updated on travel trends and promotions.
Skills & Competencies
Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.
Good knowledge of destinations and travel products.
Attention to detail, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Experience with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is an advantage.
Qualifications
Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
Experience in travel or customer service roles preferred.
Multilingual skills are a plus.
