Tour Consultant (inbound Travel)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inquiries from international clients via email, phone, and online platforms Assist in preparing tour itineraries for inbound travelers Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and local vendors Provide accurate information about destinations, packages, and services Support booking confirmations and follow-ups Maintain client records and tour-related documentation Assist senior consultants in daily operations Ensure customer satisfaction before, during, and after the tour

Requirements:



Graduate or pursuing graduation (any stream preferred: Travel, Tourism, Hospitality) Freshers are welcome Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus) Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email) Interest in travel and tourism industry Willingness to learn and adapt
