This role involves assisting potential customers through live chat, answering inquiries, and guiding them toward making informed purchase decisions. The ideal candidate will have excellent sales skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:- Engaging with customers via live chat, answering their questions, and providing product recommendations- Identifying sales opportunities and promoting products to prospective customers- Assisting customers with the purchase process, including providing product information and pricing- Maintaining customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and ensuring a smooth experienceQualifications:- Strong sales and communication skills- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats simultaneously- Previous experience in sales or customer service, especially in chat-based environments- Self-starter with excellent time management skillsTo apply, please follow these instructions:- Search on Google for "Total Shape" then go to our Jobs page from the homepage.
