What You'll Be Doing:
Managing companywide rewards and recognition programs that align with Synopsys' core values and drive employee engagement.
Partnering with HR, leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure programs are inclusive, equitable, and responsive to diverse employee needs.
Evaluating program effectiveness using feedback and data analytics to measure impact, identify improvements, and report key metrics to stakeholders.
Overseeing program budgets, vendor relationships, and contracts to ensure cost-effective delivery of solutions.
Developing and delivering communications and training to build awareness and understanding of recognition programs across the organization.
Leading enterprise recognition events and campaigns-both virtual and in-person-to foster a positive and motivating employee experience.
Serving as the primary contact for inquiries and escalations, while continuously innovating new ways to celebrate achievements and milestones.
Developing compensation models, dashboards, and data-driven insights to identify trends, forecast cost impacts, and support broader compensation planning cycles (salary planning, equity cycles, retention analyses).

What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
5+ years of experience managing rewards, recognition, or total rewards programs in a global, matrixed environment.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills; experience with compensation modelling, dashboards, and HR analytics tools.
Expertise in stakeholder management, vendor negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Demonstrated ability to design and deliver inclusive, equitable, and scalable recognition programs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of delivering impactful presentations and training.
