Role Summary & Role Description The candidate must have 5-10 years of hands on experience in Tosca Automation. The Sr Automation Quality Manager need to create and maintain a quality culture throughout the entire application. In addition, this position will Lead the business strategic quality plan. This role provides strategic decision-making, leadership, planning, and prioritization to meet business and quality/compliance objectives. Core/Must have skills Looking for Automation Test Lead. He/She working on a fast pace Agile environment on Tosca Automation, Database and UI/Desktop/WEB/API Testing for our Data Platforms.Looking for self-starter with ongoing commitment to expand his/her business and technology expertise. This position requires collaboration with the entire Agile team of Product owners, development, and other engineers. Database tools and experience in public cloud technologies is preferred. Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Tosca. Analyze test results and work closely with development teams to identify and resolve issues. Contribute to the development and maintenance of automation test frameworks. Document and report test results to project stakeholders. Should be coversant with key modules of Tosca such as TCD, Traceability and standard modules Should have Integrated Tosca Test suite with CICD. Very good experience in integrating Tosca with Database for perfoming data validations. Knowledge on SET(Special Execution Task) will be an added advantage. Should have very good experience in SQL queries. Should be conversant in creation of reusable libraries. Develop test scripts, test conditions, input test data, and expected results for one or more test plans, including component, assembly, product, performance, user acceptance and technical architecture tests. Analyzes data to identify process improvement opportunities. Works on Client Quality requirements to identify adequate process controls. Studies processes, documents the flow and identifies opportunities to automate, or eliminate steps leading to improved turn-around-time. Collaborate with business Leaders in conceptualizing new technology platforms, technical strategic decisions, products or solutions and own the technology development roadmap Delivers high quality products and ensure that best practices and sound Engineering principals are applied in all phases of the Software testing Life Cycle. Create and communicate an overall vision for quality within the company, setting goals and recommending organizational changes to achieve these goals. Build a testing team of professionals with appropriate skills, attitudes and motivation and competent and right skilled resources for delivering test projects efficiently Tosca, Selenium/UFT Defect Tracking Tools like JIRA,HPALM,RTC Strong analytical and debugging skills Ability to transition quickly between technical and business discussions to effectively communicate with all stakeholders. Technical Skills Interact with all levels of management to ensure business continuity. Maintain a strong understanding of all regulatory requirements that affect the Consumer Lending business. Good to have skills Knowledge of various Banking Products 1)Provide recommendations regarding issues, processes and procedures both internally and externally. 2)Testing experience including Test Management, scripting, execution, and defect resolution.
