Key Responsibilities:1. Scriptwriting & Concept Development- Develop engaging scripts for advertisements across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, OTT, and digital campaigns.- Create storyboards, concepts, and frameworks that bring ideas to life visually and emotionally.- Write scripts for brand videos, explainer videos, testimonial videos, product launch videos, and motion graphics content.- Craft strong messaging aligned with brand tone, target audience needs, and marketing objectives.2. Content & Creative Strategy- Work closely with marketing to understand campaign goals, audience behaviour, and positioning.- Participate in brainstorming sessions and develop creative concepts and themes for campaigns.- Ensure all scripts follow a strong creative direction, storytelling style, and narrative flow.- Adapt script ideas into shorter versions, teasers, reels, and platform-friendly formats.3. Collaboration & Production Support- Work with video editors, designers, voice-over artists, and production teams to ensure the script vision is executed accurately.- Provide direction during video shoots or recordings when required.- Review final outputs and recommend creative improvements for higher impact.4. Research & Insights- Study competitor ads, industry trends, student pain points, and content patterns to generate fresh ideas.- Experiment with different storytelling styles-emotional, humorous, inspirational, narrative-based, problem-solution, etc.- Analyze ad performance data to improve script quality and engagement.Skills & Requirements:- Strong flair for creative writing, storytelling, and script development.- Ability to convert product benefits and educational concepts into relatable, high-impact scripts.- Excellent command over English and Hindi (bilingual scriptwriting is a plus).- Prior experience writing scripts for ads, short videos, digital content, or storytelling formats.
