Job Summary

Responsible for manufacturing drug products as per BMR and SOPs, maintaining GMP standards, equipment operation, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Doer Role (Operator):

Operate, clean, and changeover equipment as per SOP.


Manufacture products as per BMR and conduct in-process checks.


Maintain area hygiene and follow gowning/PPE procedures.


Monitor environmental parameters (Temp, RH, DP).


Handle process materials and equipment qualification.


Report quality issues and unsafe conditions.


Maintain accurate documentation (e.g., PLC printouts).

Requirements

Good understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.


Strong documentation skills (ALCOA compliance).


Adherence to cGMP and internal policies (including PRM).


Attention to detail and readiness to support validation activities.
