Hiring: Tools Manager - Manufacturing Industry

5+ years of experience in tooling management within a manufacturing setup

Expertise in managing tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, gauges, and tool rooms

Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, tool calibration, and repair processes

Hands-on with tool tracking systems, inventory control, and documentation

Experience in coordinating with design, production & procurement teams

Skilled in optimizing tool life, cost control, and minimizing downtime

Familiarity with Lean, 5S, TPM, and ISO/TS quality systems

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
