Education: Diploma in Tool & Die Making, with hands-on exposure to mold fabrication, repair, and toolroom operations.
Notice Period: Immediate to 1 Month
Responsibilities:
Mold Fabrication & Repair: Use machining (CNC, EDM) and hand tools (filing, grinding) to build new molds or repair existing ones.
Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications.
Material Expertise: Understand plastic properties (melting points, shrinkage) and their effects on mold design.
Process Optimization: Work with engineers to refine designs for better manufacturability and efficiency.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix issues like part defects, short shots, or warpage during production runs.
Quality Control: Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet strict quality standards.
Maintenance: Perform routine checks and upkeep on molds and related equipment.
Documentation: Keep detailed records of processes and changes.
Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Skills: Machining (CNC, EDM), mold making, hand tooling, blueprint reading, precision measurement.
Knowledge: Injection molding principles, plastic materials, process parameters.
Soft Skills: Problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, time management.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
