Tooling Head

Experience:

4-7 years

Key Responsibilities

Tooling head will be team planner and executioner for the projects inhand You will be responsible for material planning inputs and timeline distribution at levels you will be responsible for people planning Tooling head has to attend customer query and resolve at tooling unit Rejection analysis and cost reduction. Conduct audits for Tool PM activities Prepare reports summarizing tool room activities, challenges, and resource needs. Collaborate with other department heads to streamline operations and support the overall production workflow. Prepare reports on tool room operations and progress for upper management. Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines and regulations within the tool room.

To qualify for a Tool Room Head position, candidates usually need the following:

Tool and die making course completed. least 3-5 years of supervisory experience. Tool development software

E.G., CAD SOFTWARE

Certifications in tool design, inventory management, or lean manufacturing can strengthen a candidate's qualifications.
