Key Responsibilities:
Develop and launch new products (NPD activities)
Design, modify and maintain tools, dies, jigs & fixtures
Coordinate with production and quality teams
Troubleshoot tool-related issues and reduce downtime
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of tool design and manufacturing processes
Experience in CNC / VMC / conventional machines
Ability to interpret engineering drawings
Problem-solving and teamwork skills
