Tooling Developer - 5+ Years - Delhi/NCR
An exciting opportunity for a Tooling Developer to design, build, and optimize developer tools, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation supporting high-impact projects at Datalab HK. This role requires strong expertise in DevOps practices, AWS, and Infrastructure-as-Code while ensuring compliance with global standards and best practices.
Location: Delhi/ncr (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain developer tools, CI/CD templates, and Terraform modules.
• Collaborate with project teams and functional teams to gather requirements and integrate tools effectively.
• Align tools and solutions with organizational standards and best practices.
• Partner with Cloud, Security, DevOps, and Observability teams to ensure compliance.
• Optimize packaging and deployment workflows for Python and frontend applications.

Requirements:

• Strong experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI preferred).
• Hands-on with Terraform and AWS infrastructure deployments.
• Solid understanding of AWS networking and security (VPC, subnets, ACLs, Security Groups, Endpoints).
• Experience with packaging & deploying Python apps (Poetry, UV).
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks like React, Vite for app packaging/deployment.
• Knowledge of security scanning (static code, container image scanning, Prisma, Twistlock, CrowdStrike).
• Understanding of observability concepts and tools (Dynatrace, CloudWatch).
