Job Description

Assist in Tool Fabrication:

Learn to operate machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders to produce tools and components according to blueprints and specifications.

Support Tool Maintenance:

Assist senior technicians in the routine maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures.

Read Technical Drawings:

Develop the ability to interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD designs to understand project requirements and tolerances.

Quality Control:

Help inspect finished tools and parts to ensure they meet required accuracy and quality standards.

Maintain Workspace:

Keep the tool room clean, organized, and safe, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

Learn Advanced Skills:

Participate in training to gain knowledge of CNC programming, CAD/CAM software, and other advanced machining techniques.

Coordinate with Teams:

Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize tool designs and resolve tooling-related issues.

Document Activities:

Maintain records of tool room activities, maintenance logs, and inventory.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
