Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Tool Room Operator to operate, maintain, and manage various machines, tools, and equipment in the tool room. The role involves manufacturing, repairing, and maintaining tools, jigs, fixtures, and dies to support production activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain tool room machines such as milling, lathe, grinding, drilling, and CNC machines. Manufacture, assemble, and repair tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures as per specifications. Ensure proper upkeep, calibration, and storage of tools and equipment. Conduct preventive maintenance of tools to ensure smooth production operations. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Maintain records of tool usage, repair, and inventory. Ensure adherence to safety procedures and company quality standards. Support production teams by providing timely tooling solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

ITI / Diploma in Tool & Die Making, Fitter, Machinist, or equivalent. Minimum [ 1 years] of experience in tool room operations (preferably in [industry, e.g., engineering, automotive, electrical, or epoxy casting components]). Strong knowledge of tool room machines and measuring instruments. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of safety and quality standards.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience in CNC programming (if applicable). Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
