Job Summary:

Tool room operator responsible for maintaining, repairing and sheet metal, tools and dies used in manufacturing process.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Tool room operators use a variety of machines e.g., lathe, DRO, surface grinding, Drill M/C operator.

They interpret blueprint and work orders to understand specification for tool production.

Tool room operator responsible for maintaining accurate records of tool inventory, usage and maintenance activities.

Responsible for maintaining, repairing and developing tools and fixture used in manufacturing process.

Tool room operator design and repair tools and fixtures to meet production requirements.

Skill Required:

Machine Skills which includes lathe, W/C M/C, surface grinding, drill M/C operator.

Blueprint Reading (Ability to read and interpret technical drawings)

Knowledge of materials and processes

Physical strength (some task may require lifting and carrying heavy objects.)

Tool room operator often need to troubleshoot issues and find solutions to production problems.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
