Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Perform

preventive and breakdown maintenance

of injection moulding tools. Handle

tool assembly, disassembly, fitting, and adjustments

. Conduct

mould repairs

, polishing, bench work, and finishing activities. Identify tool problems and ensure

corrective actions

for smooth production. Maintain tool room machinery like

CNC, EDM, Lathe, Surface Grinder

, etc. Ensure proper documentation of

maintenance reports, tool history, and spare usage

. Support production during

mould trials and setup

. Ensure tools are maintained as per

quality and safety standards

. Coordinate with production and quality teams for mould performance improvements.

Skills Required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
