Job Overview:

LA Ma Nilraj Engineering Private Limited is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Quality Head to lead our Quality Assurance and Quality Control team. The Quality Head will

be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality standards across all

production processes to ensure products meet customer and regulatory requirements. The

ideal candidate should have a strong background in quality systems within the

engineering/manufacturing industry and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

? Lead and manage the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) teams

? Establish, implement, and monitor quality standards, systems, and procedures

? Ensure compliance with ISO and other regulatory requirements

? Conduct internal audits and facilitate external audits and inspections

? Ensure quality in raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods

? Collaborate with production and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement

? Manage customer complaints and implement quality improvement initiatives

? Train staff on quality concepts, tools, and systems

? Prepare and present quality reports to top management

Key Skills & Competencies:

? Strong knowledge of QA/QC systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001 )

? Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

? Strong leadership and team management abilities

? Proficient in quality tools like 7 QC tools.

? Effective communication and report-writing skills

? Ability to work cross-functionally and drive process improvement

? Attention to detail and commitment to product excellence

? Have Good Experience in Filling Kaizens, Poka Yoke, PPAP, FMEA, 8D reports, 4M

Strategic, Rejection Analysis.

? Should be Internal Auditor for ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, IATF 16949.

? Knowledge About TPM, Defect Matrix, Layout Inspection.

? Should be Good in Training Skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
