Job Description

Job Role - Tool Room Incharge

Key responsibilities

Manage overall

tool room operations

for automation/SPM projects Plan, manufacture & maintain

jigs, fixtures, gauges, and special tools

Ensure

timely tool availability

to support production and assembly Coordinate with

Design, Production & Quality

teams Supervise tool room staff and handle

preventive maintenance

Monitor tool inventory, cost control & continuous improvement Ensure compliance with

safety, 5S & quality standards

Required Skills & Knowledge

Strong knowledge of

tool room machining processes

(CNC, VMC, Milling, Lathe, Grinding). Experience in

automation / SPM / assembly line tooling

. Ability to read and interpret

engineering drawings

. Knowledge of

measuring instruments and gauges

. Hands-on problem-solving and leadership skills. Basic understanding of

ISO / Quality systems

Qualification

Diploma / ITI / BE (Mechanical / Tool & Die / Production)

Experience:

2- 6 years (Automation / SPM preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
