Job Title:

Tool Room Head - Injection Moulding

Role Summary:

We are looking for a

senior-level Tool Room Head / Tool Room Incharge

to

independently manage complete Tool Room operations

for an Injection Moulding manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate must have

hands-on mould making experience

along with

strong leadership and operational control

over the entire tool room.

Key Responsibilities:

Overall management of Tool Room operations

including planning, execution, and control Supervise

mould manufacturing, assembly, trials, modifications, and maintenance

Ensure

mould life optimization

, breakdown reduction, and timely availability for production Coordinate with

Production, Quality, Purchase, and R&D

departments Allocate work to tool room staff and monitor productivity & discipline Handle

troubleshooting of mould-related production issues

Monitor and control

tool room costs, consumables, and spare parts

Ensure proper use and maintenance of

CNC, VMC, lathe, milling, grinding machines

, etc. Implement

process improvements

to enhance quality, efficiency, and delivery timelines Maintain all

tool room documentation

, drawings, modification history, and records Ensure compliance with

safety standards and quality systems

Take

independent decisions

, show ownership, and ensure long-term stability of the tool room.

Qualifications & Skills:Education:

ITI / Diploma in Tool & Die Making - Mandatory

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering - Preferred

Technical Expertise:

Strong practical knowledge of

Injection Mould Manufacturing & Maintenance

Ability to

guide designers / machinists

(not only design work) Knowledge of mould materials, heat treatment, polishing, fitting & trials Basic working knowledge of

AutoCAD / SolidWorks

(for understanding drawings) Experience with

Lean practices & quality control

Leadership Skills:

Strong

team handling and planning capability

Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure Commitment to

long working hours and long-term association

Experience Required:

Minimum 5-7 years

of experience in

Injection Mould Making / Tool Room Operations

Must have worked as

Tool Room Incharge / Senior Tool Room Supervisor / Tool Room Head

?80,000 - ?1,00,000 per month

(based on experience & capability)
