We are looking for a
Tool Room Incharge
with hands-on experience in handling tool room operations, line support, and tool & die maintenance. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in tool room processes and experience managing a team to ensure timely maintenance and availability of tools for production.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all activities within the tool room.
Ensure timely maintenance, servicing, and availability of tools and dies for production lines.
Handle tool room manpower and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Maintain documentation related to tool maintenance, calibration, and history.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure minimal downtime.
Identify and implement process improvements for tool performance and longevity.
Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and consumables.
Monitor performance of tools and plan preventive maintenance schedules.
Troubleshoot and resolve tool-related issues on the production line.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in tool room and die maintenance.
Strong understanding of tool and die making, preventive maintenance, and breakdown support.
Must be able to handle line requirements independently.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Leadership qualities with team management skills.
Familiarity with industry safety and quality standards.

Salary:
Negotiable based on experience and skills.
