Job Description

The Tool Room IN charge is tasked with the efficient management of tools and equipment within a manufacturing or production setting. This individual is responsible for the systematic storage, maintenance, and issuance of tools to ensure seamless production operations. The role also involves supervising tool room personnel and coordinating with other departments to meet operational requirements.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the tool room. Coordination of team & complete the die maintenance work. Ensure proper storage, maintenance, and distribution of tools and equipment. Manage tool room inventory and perform regular audits. Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to fulfill tool requirements. Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols. Maintain accurate records of tool usage, repairs, and inventory levels. Procure new tools and equipment as needed. Develop and enforce policies for tool usage and management. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall operational efficiency. Attend the all types of breakdowns in press shop.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in tool room & Die Maintenance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Required Knowledge of Sheet metal .
Skills

Tool Maintenance Leadership
Sheet Metal related candidates is most preference.

Residence in Chakan or Near By area & ready to relocate in nearby company.

Required own two wheeler / Four wheeler

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
