Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update

Tool Preventive Maintenance records

to ensure smooth operations. Prepare and manage

Tool Breakdown Register

for tracking and reporting breakdowns. Conduct

Why-Why Analysis

for recurring issues and support root cause identification. Maintain and monitor

Critical Tool Spare List

to ensure availability of essential spares. Document and update

Tool History Cards

for lifecycle tracking and performance analysis. Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure compliance with documentation standards. Support audits and provide accurate tool-related documentation when required.
Desired Candidate Profile

1+ year of experience in

tool room documentation

or press shop environment. Strong knowledge of

preventive maintenance practices

and documentation processes. Ability to perform

root cause analysis (RCA)

and prepare structured reports. Proficiency in MS Office / Excel for documentation and reporting. Good communication and coordination skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in maintaining records.
