Hiring: Tool Room Engineer (Immediate Joiner)

Location:

Pannur, Tiruvallur - Sunguvachatram

Shifts:

2 rotational shifts (8 hours each)

Salary:

?25,000 - ?30,000 per month

Qualification:

NTTF / DME Tool & Die DME Mechanical Engineering

Experience Required:

5-6 years in Tool Room operations

Requirement:

Immediate joiner

Responsibilities :

Maintain and repair tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures. Fabricate, assemble, and modify tools and dies as per requirements. Carry out preventive maintenance to reduce downtime. Inspect tools and dies for dimensional accuracy and quality standards. Provide technical support to production teams during setup and operations. Manage tool inventory, spare parts, and consumables. Suggest and implement process improvements for efficiency. Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards. Coordinate effectively during rotational shifts. Prepare and maintain tool history cards, logs, and technical reports.
