Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and modify molds, dies, and tooling for container packaging (bottles, jars, caps, closures, etc.).
Oversee tool manufacturing, assembly, and trials for new and existing packaging components.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of molds and tooling to ensure uninterrupted production.
Analyze tooling-related production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with production, quality, and R&D teams during new product development and process improvements.
Ensure tooling meets quality, safety, and dimensional standards as per drawings and specifications.
Manage tool life, spares, and documentation (tool history cards, maintenance records).
