Oversee daily operations of the tool room, ensuring efficient workflow across VMC, Lathe, M1TR, Laser Cutting, and Bending machines.
Plan, allocate, and supervise machining tasks to meet production schedules.
Manage tool inventory, maintenance, calibration, and safe storage of tools, jigs, and fixtures.
Troubleshoot machining issues and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Coordinate with production and design teams for tooling requirements and improvements.
Ensure proper machine maintenance and minimize downtime.
Train and guide machine operators and support staff.
Requirements:
Diploma/ITI or equivalent in Mechanical/Production.
Hands-on experience with VMC, Lathe, M1TR, Laser Cutting, and Bending machines.
Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and workshop management.
Ability to read engineering drawings and ensure precision.
Good leadership and problem-solving skills.
