Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Tool Design and Development:

Creating and modifying designs for tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures using CAD software and other tools.

Tool Maintenance and Repair:

Performing routine maintenance, repairs, and calibrations on tools and equipment.

Preventive Maintenance:

Developing and implementing schedules to prevent tool failures and extend their lifespan.

Troubleshooting:

Diagnosing and resolving tool-related issues on the production floor.

Quality Assurance:

Ensuring tools meet quality standards and specifications.

Inventory Management:

Maintaining an inventory of tools and materials, and managing tool procurement.

Collaboration:

Working with other teams like production, engineering, and quality control to ensure smooth operations.

Process Optimization:

Identifying areas for improvement in tooling and manufacturing processes.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
