Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled

Tool Room Engineer

to handle tool maintenance, mould repairs, and precision machining activities in our

Injection Moulding department

. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in mould assembly, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of moulds and tool room machines.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out

maintenance, repair, and modification

of injection moulding tools and dies. Ensure

preventive and predictive maintenance

schedules are followed for all moulds. Operate tool room machines such as

lathe, milling, surface grinder, EDM, and drilling machines

. Support production by ensuring moulds are ready, clean, and in good working condition. Identify mould-related issues and provide

quick corrective actions

to minimize downtime. Maintain records of mould history, repairs, and spare parts usage. Coordinate with the production and maintenance teams for smooth operation. Ensure adherence to

safety and quality standards

in the tool room.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of

Injection Moulding tools and dies

. Hands-on experience with

tool fitting, grinding, and machining operations

. Familiarity with

CNC or EDM machines

preferred. Good understanding of

mould design and troubleshooting techniques

. Ability to read and interpret

technical drawings

.
