Roles & Responsibilities

Involved in Design and detailing for Press tool Executing of Drawings and Bill of Materials. Creation of Final Drawings for Final Machining Detail, Assembly Detail Engineering standards followed by selection of Raw Material for the required products Creation of Bill of Materials for Raw material, Individual Components and Assembly Independently Tool Design & Tool Manufacturing of sheet metal components. Designing of press tools like as Blanking, Piercing, Restricting, Forming, Bending etc. Designing of Progressive press Tools. Leading all activities of tool design & development from conceptual through detail phases, post design support to development, Performing: Component feasibility study, involvement in quoting tool cost, Designing of die layout, press tools designing Tool for critical press parts designing progressive die & multi slide tool Essential Responsibilities: Responsible for Designing press dies layout and machining fixtures (Mechanical, hydraulic) using Uni-Graphics /NX 10, 11, 12, solidedge /catia (Expert in Modeling, surfacing, sheet metal and drafting). Expert on Auto CAD.

Qualification & Requirements

Relevant manufacturing/engineering degree is preferred, HNC, City & Guilds Licentiateship, BTech Higher Professional Diploma or equivalent NVQ level 4 qualification Extensive plant level experience with Technical understanding Understanding of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Kaizen lean manufacturing Understanding of manufacturing and procurement/supply chain Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
