Job Description

NOTE: CANDIDATES SHOULD BEEN WORKED IN SHEET METALS BASED INDUSTRIES

1. Planning of the tool raw materials on time

2. Producing the tools within the stipulated time as per the production department requirements

3. Monitoring the production process and quality performance and triggering improvement measures

4. Ensure the tools are inspected as per the tool drawing

5. To analyze tool life for incorporating improvements in future

6. To monitor the process measures for tool manufacturing

7. To plan and ensure optimum productivity and machine utilization

8. To monitor tool cost and work for its optimization

9. Responsible for Tool Making and rework

10. To ensure good housekeeping & safety measures

11. Triggering Continual improvement projects (CIP)

12.Initiate Kaizen (Small Improvement ) and Small Group Activity (SGA)

13. Encourage suggestions and communicate the same to the next level for implementation

14. Responsible for TS16949 audit requirements and maintaining of documents

15. Responsible for training of sub-ordinates.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
