Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented EDM Operator to set up and operate Electrical Discharge Machines to manufacture precision components according to engineering specifications. The ideal candidate should have experience with wire and/or sinker EDM machines, a strong understanding of machining principles, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate wire or sinker EDM machines to produce precision parts. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models. Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality and tolerance specifications. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of EDM machines. Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate production records and documentation. Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to optimize machining processes. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or technical certification preferred. Minimum 4-5 years of experience operating EDM machines (wire/sinker). Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
