ARPI ENTERPRISES INDIA PVT LTD is looking for a

Tool Programmer & Machine Operator

with hands-on experience in

ANCA CNC

Tool & Cutter Grinding Machines. The role requires strong shop-floor exposure, including programming, setting, operating, and proving cutting tools.

Key Responsibilities

Program CNC grinding operations on ANCA machines

Set up and operate ANCA CNC tool grinding machines independently

Manufacture end mills, drills, reamers, step tools, and special tools

Select grinding wheels, set parameters, and optimize cycle time

Prove out programs and make on-machine corrections

Inspect tools for geometry, runout, size, and surface finish

Troubleshoot grinding and tool quality issues

Support new tool development, trials, and continuous improvement

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma / ITI / B.E. in Mechanical / Tool Engineering (preferred)

3-5 years of experience on ANCA CNC tool grinding machines

Mandatory experience as Tool Operator / Tool Cutter

Hands-on knowledge of carbide cutting tools and tool geometry

Skills Required

ANCA CNC programming & machine operation

Cutting tool geometry and grinding fundamentals

Ability to read tool drawings and specifications

Familiarity with measuring instruments and quality checks

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?900,000.00 per year
