Tool cum Process Design and development of press tools, Hand Brake Tools, Bending Tools, Laser cutting fixtures, Rolling operation fixtures with experience of 7-8 Yrs in Tooling Technical support to Product Design Teams and Production teams Prototype development of Products using Tools, Inspection and transfer of Toolings to production Estimation of Toolings in hrs considering Tool size, Tool Materials, Machine used, feed rates, speed of tools, Power of tools in KW and machining operations for tool making. Exploring alternative tool options and provide comparative analysis for costs of design of tools /Mfg of tools /Serial Production using the tools Tool Projects Tracking and Tool Resource Tracking Outsourcing Tooling activities and Manufacturing follow up with Tool room/Vendor Integration of Tools, Tryouts, Trial Batch Production from Toolings
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
