Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tool Maker to join our manufacturing team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, fabricating, and maintaining precision tools and fixtures that support our production processes. Key Responsibilities

Manufacture and maintain tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures for production Interpret engineering drawings and CAD designs Operate manual and CNC machines (lathe, milling, grinding) Inspect and verify tool dimensions using precision instruments Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve tooling efficiency Perform tool repairs and modifications as needed Maintain documentation of tool usage and maintenance history Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Work Schedule

Flexible part-time hours Shift timing negotiable based on availability and production needs

Qualifications

ITI/Diploma in Tool & Die Making or Mechanical Engineering Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in tool making Proficiency in CNC programming and CAD/CAM software Strong understanding of machining processes and materials Familiarity with GD&T and precision measurement tools
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
