Job Position: Tool Maker

Location: Talawade

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Tool Maker skilled in tool room operations, injection moulding tools, repairs, and maintenance to support production with high-quality moulds and quick problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform mould assembly, disassembly, fitting, and adjustments.

2. Conduct maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of injection moulding tools.

3. Operate tool room machines: lathe, milling, grinding, drilling, EDM/Wirecut.

4. Inspect mould components and ensure precision and quality as per drawings.

5. Support mould trials, identify issues, and make corrections.

6. Maintain tool history records and follow preventive maintenance schedules.

7. Coordinate with production and design teams for smooth operations.

Skills Required:

1. Knowledge of injection mould tools, hot runners, cooling layouts

2. Strong understanding of engineering drawings & tolerances

3. Hands-on machine operation and fitting skills

4. Problem-solving and attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
